Do I need to be Spanish-resident to qualify for the Plan MOVES III rebate when installing an EV charger?

No. Non-residents with a NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) can apply for Plan MOVES III. I handle the entire grant paperwork on your behalf — typical net cost in Marbella after rebate is around €515 for a standard V2C Trydan install.

My villa in Sierra Blanca / Nueva Andalucía has an old electrical installation — can you bring it up to code?

Yes. I rewire from the consumer unit (cuadro eléctrico) outwards, replace differentials and RCBOs, and issue a CIE certificate compliant with current REBT regulation. Written quote first, no surprises.

Can you issue the CE certificate I need to register my property as a holiday rental in Marbella?

Yes. The Junta de Andalucía requires a valid Boletín Eléctrico (CIE) to register a 'vivienda con fines turísticos'. I issue it on the spot if the installation passes; if minor work is needed I quote upfront.

How quickly can you reach Puerto Banús or Las Chapas for an emergency call-out?

From my base in Málaga: typically 45-65 minutes to Puerto Banús, San Pedro, Nueva Andalucía or Las Chapas. Call-out fee €40, then agreed labour. I confirm an ETA on the phone.

Do you invoice in EUR with VAT (IVA) so I can claim it on my Spanish rental tax?

Yes. Spanish IVA-compliant invoice with all data your gestor needs (NIE / CIF / dirección fiscal).

Do you also install smart-home systems for vacation rentals?

Yes — I install Shelly, Loxone, KNX and Zigbee systems. For holiday lets the typical request is remote-controlled lighting, climate and smart locks integrated with the booking platform. From €600 for a basic Shelly setup, up to €25,000+ for a full KNX/Loxone integration on a villa.
